This Cruiser Cult reproduction part finally lets pre-1972 FJ40 owners replace the old dry-rotted and torn main rubber bushing at the ends of your steering columns.
You will need to reuse the steel sleeve from your old bushing and the horn contact wire/cap. Carefully dig those parts out. Use a rubber glue, like this , to glue on the wire/cap combo to the new bushing. Press in the steel sleeve and pair it with a new inner plastic bushing HERE, and you have a completely refreshed unit! Ready for less slop at the wheel.
