Shipping policy

Shipping: Most domestic orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date the order was placed. International orders will ship within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed. 

Shipping costs for Returns:  You will be responsible for all shipping costs for any returns and any shipping costs for any replacement products.

Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for any delays for any order after we have delivered the packages to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for reviewing the tracking information and following up with the carrier directly on all orders. 

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Orders: We recommend that you purchase Shipping Protection from Route when you check out.  Once we deliver the packages to the shipping carrier, we are not and will not be responsible for any losses resulting from any lost, stolen, or damaged goods and it is your responsibility to file a claim for such losses with Route directly.
